About Coldpine
Useful gear, made to last a while.
Coldpine started with one piece of gear: the woobie. Everyone who's slept under a poncho liner knows it's the warmest, quietest thing in the pack, so we made it into a hoodie. [Edit this paragraph with your founding story.]

The camo patterns work in the timber, and the solids look normal at a gas station. We restock the colorways people wear and retire the ones they don't.

Returns & exchanges
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed can't be accepted.

Limited warranty
Every Coldpine hoodie comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect turns up, we'll repair the item or replace it with the same or a similar item, at our choice.

Size guide
Both styles use men's sizing. Measurements are body measurements in inches. Measure your chest at the fullest point with your arms relaxed. Between sizes? Size up for layering, down for a closer fit.

FAQ
What is a woobie-style hoodie?
It's built like the classic military poncho liner: a quilted, lightweight insulation layer between two thin nylon ripstop shells. It packs small and stays warm when damp. Ours is onion-quilted to help keep the fill in place.
Where does the name "woobie" come from?
It's the nickname soldiers gave the military poncho liner. The liner ties into a military poncho to make a makeshift sleeping bag, and it became the piece of gear nobody wanted to give back. Our hoodie uses the same quilted build.
What is it made of?
The shell is 100% nylon ripstop. The ripstop weave has a grid of reinforced threads that keeps small snags from spreading into tears. Inside is a quilted layer of 100% polyester batting that holds in heat. The hoodie weighs about 0.9–1.1 lb (0.4–0.5 kg), depending on size, and is made in China.
Is it waterproof?
It's water-resistant, not waterproof. It sheds light rain, snow, and morning dew, and keeps you warm when it's damp. In steady rain, wear a rain shell over it.
Pullover or full-zip: which should I get?
Get the pullover if you want the classic look and a big kangaroo pocket. Get the full-zip if you'll layer it over other clothes or want to vent heat while you're moving. Both use the same quilted build and come in all eight patterns.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash with a mild detergent, then hang it to dry or tumble dry on low. Don't use bleach and don't dry clean it. High heat can damage the nylon shell and flatten the fill, and nylon can melt, so keep it away from campfires and other open flames.
What's your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. See Returns for the steps.
What does the warranty cover?
One year from delivery, against defects in materials and workmanship: seams, quilting stitches, zippers, and fabric flaws. It doesn't cover normal wear or damage. See Warranty for details.
Are rain jackets and training gear coming?
Yes. They're in development now. Sign up at the bottom of the page and we'll email you when they launch.
Is the camo print scent-free or UV-treated?
Our prints use standard textile dyes with no added scent or UV brighteners. If you hunt game sensitive to UV, check each product's spec table. [Edit if your fabrics carry treatments.]
Do you restock sold-out sizes?
We plan to restock popular sizes, but we can't promise every pattern will come back. Join the email list at the bottom of the page to hear when sizes return.

Exchanges

Refunds
